Seeking Nanny With Reliable Transportation For 7 Month Old Girl

Seeking a part-time nanny for our sweet baby girl. She will be 7 months old at the start date. Ideally, we are looking for a long-term (>1 year) commitment. Our nanny will not be alone in the house--Dad, who works from home, and our happy-go-lucky pup are both around. We live on a mountain dirt road, so a reliable vehicle with 4WD/AWD and winter driving experience are required. About us: We're active/outdoorsy people raising our first child! Mom's an engineer and Dad works in risk management. Our ideal nanny is someone who will truly engage with our daughter as she grows to encourage her physical and intellectual development.
