Nanny Needed For 10 Month Old

We are searching for a nanny to watch our 10-month-old son at our house . We work from home. We are looking for a total of 12 hours a week, preferably in three four-hour shifts. The exact schedule is flexible and can easily change week to week if necessary. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, and who is comfortable with two shy cats. Our home is extremely clean and well-organized. The nanny would not have to clean aside from putting used baby bottles into the dishwasher. Our main concern is finding someone that will be able to follow a provided feeding, sleeping, and play schedule. We would like someone that can actively engage with our son with play and reading activities.
