Someone who is experienced with babies is a plus - Helping assist in his daily motor skills and growth is a must! He is the sweetest, most content/chill baby that loves a good snuggle and has a smile that is infectious! We have 2 labs in home - They do not need any additional care but you will have to be comfortable with large breed dogs. My husband works nights so you would come in the morning as I am leaving for work and leave when my he gets home in the early afternoon.
