Needing A Nanny For Two! 30-40 Hours/week

We are a family of four looking for some help so I, the mom, can get back to work! Majority of the time I will be working from home, so available to help. Occasionally I will work outside of the house. Need someone to come over and watch the kids, help meal prep (lunch), and clean up of the kid related activities. Pay varies based upon experience and how much you can help. Ideal hours would be late morning through early afternoon, say 9-3 five days a week. I am flexible with times as well as days for the right fit! My oldest is 3. 5 yrs. and going to preschool three days a week. She needs someone to do activities with her, no TV is a big deal for me. The baby sleeps most of the time as she is 4 months old. She will need some nap support and an occasional bottle. Ideally I will nurse when I'm available. Live on a farm, lots to do outside!
