Nanny Needed For My Children In Tiffin.

My husband and I are looking for overnight care for at least 1, maybe 2 nights a week. I go back to work beginning of April, our baby will be 14 weeks at this time. She currently sleeps 2-3hr stretches, sometimes 4-5hr stretches on a good night. Mom and dad need sleep We would appreciate the help while she establishes a better sleep schedule. This would involve night feedings (breastmilk from bottle), diaper changes, preparing bottles, and soothing her back to sleep when needed. A caregiver familiar with the Moms on Call book is a plus. During her sleep stretches, we are also looking for someone to take the initiative to do light work around the house as well (fold laundry, dishes, pick up). We have two dachshunds that would not require care but would be around as they feel their job is to look after their baby sister.
