Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Tiffin

My husband, Tanner, and I are expecting our first child, a baby girl, in August. We are looking to hire a nanny beginning at the end of October. We each work in healthcare and have non-traditional work hours, including both morning and evening shifts. However, we will not require overnight childcare and also do not anticipate needing any weekend coverage. We will need coverage for about 2-3 weekdays per week, but the day of the week will vary.
