About the job
I value someone who is kind and caring. I also value someone who is going to provide supervision and ensure my children are safe. My children love to play and have fun. When they are not playing with toys they enjoy art/crafts, and music/dancing. My 4-year-old needs help with reminding to take toilet breaks and having food and drinks served to her. My 1-year-old needs help with feeding, diaper checks and changes. I need someone who is reliable and responsible. It is very important to me that my children are safe and the caregiver makes good choices with them. It is also important to me for the caregiver to be on time and communicate with me with questions or concerns. I am willing do discuss pay per hour.
