Relocating Family Needing Future Childcare

We are moving to the metro area in the next 4months, and are starting to look for childcare. My wife is a teacher and I am a security operations manager. We are looking for M-F child care from August-May with holidays/holiday breaks off. We will have a 14 month and 4. 5-year-old once care begins. We have two dogs, but they can be put away if need be. Cash payment on Fridays. We loves everything outdoors, sports, and value family. Playing outside, art projects, and watching movies. Our oldest is quickly learning and loves challenges and entertaining activities. German Shorthair female- old and cuddly German Shepard male- middle aged. BIG and protective, but very loving. Both love their naps.
