We are a professional couple in Iowa City seeking an experienced nanny to care for our baby boy, who was born early November 2024. I (the mom) will be working from home to provide support as needed. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one care tailored to baby's needs; Follow a consistent daily routine to support the baby's well-being; Engage in age-appropriate activities; Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. Requirements: Proven experience caring for infants; Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with parents; A calm, loving demeanor and the ability to handle newborn needs with patience; Non-smoker, reliable, and punctual; Current CPR and First Aid certification (preferred). We are looking for full-time support (Monday- Friday). We can further discuss the hours.
