Part Time Nanny For 2 Active Little Boys

We are looking for a part time nanny/ baby sitter who has availability on weekdays in particular. We have 2 boys, one is 5 and the other is 20 months. They are high energy and love to do activities, play outside and watch movies during downtime. Some of the time we would be home while you're here and you would just provide assistance. Other times we'd both be gone. Our needs vary. We can talk about providing a minimum number of weekly or monthly hours if that is desired. I am a nurse, my husband is self employed. We are active, down to earth and pretty easy going. Our older son is a sensitive little soul and sometimes needs extra patience and explanation. He always has to know why he's doing something. Our younger son is the classic second kid. He's typically pretty easy going.
