Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Des Moines

I'm a single mother of twins, my babysitter is no longer able to watch my kids and need to find someone as soon as possible who I can trust. I have a daughter, R. and a son, E. who just recently got diagnosed with autism. He is a pretty go lucky and happy guy and the day with them is pretty simple and easy. E. just started school so will need to be taken to the bus stop which comes right outside of our apartment building but then need someone to stay with R. and then pick E. up from the bus.. we do have a cat, Annie, but you will not have to care for her. My schedule does vary, I typically work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and then the following week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 6am-6 p.m. I leave here around 5:30 a.m. and get home closer to 7 p.m.
