Start Date: July 1, 2025 (ish) | Mon-Thurs, 7:30 AM-3:30 p.m. We are an LGBTQ couple seeking a nurturing, experienced nanny for our twins (12 weeks old at start). Our home is non-smoking and cat-friendly, with one parent working from home. Responsibilities include feeding, diapers, naps, play, and engaging the babies in age-appropriate play and developmental activities. We value respectful parenting - no timeouts, punishments, or rewards, focusing instead on connection and emotional growth. Pay & Benefits: $20-$25/hr + $200/month health stipend, flexible vacation/sick leave. Requirements: LGBTQ-affirming, CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified), valid drivers license/insurance, clean driving record, up-to-date on vaccines, resume & references.
