Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Des Moines

We are looking for a great nanny for a 2-month-old baby. Some tidying up and organization would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. We do have two dogs, and would love someone comfortable with pets and willing to help let them out throughout shifts. We have a fenced in back yard. My wife and I both work 100% remotely from home and have fairly flexible schedules, so we will be on hand throughout shifts. Currently we're considering a part time position, but will potentially be interested in someone full time based on how my wife's transition back to full time work goes.
