We are a family with two delightful little ones--our girl is 5 1/2 and our boy is 1. We have a wonderful au pair who lives with us and watches them during the week, but we are looking for the right person to join our team and provide regular babysitting during evenings and weekends. We want someone who is interested in truly getting to know us and establishing a long-term relationship to be our go-to person to come over and play with them while I run errands, have a date night, or work on a project.
