We found a nanny through care. com two years ago and she is graduating soon so we are looking for a new babysitter who can watch our 3-year-old daughter at least one day a week 4-6 hours, plus one date night per month. She currently goes to pre school two mornings a week and is doing great! We also have a senior dog we need pet/house sitting occasionally when we go out of town.
