We are first time parents looking for someone to help us out a couple times a week with light housework/meal prep/laundry while we adjust to this new phase of life. We are flexible right now as far as schedule, but it may change based on baby's needs. Dad works from home so one of us will always be around if there are any questions. We are pretty laid-back people and are mostly looking for someone we get along with well, enjoys outdoors, games, is okay with pets (we have 3 dogs). We are hoping to establish a long-term relationship with whoever we hire. We would like our kid to grow up with a familiar face around. We just don't have family in the area and are looking for someone to just help us with daily tasks, so we don't fall too far behind.
