Babysitter Needed For 1 Child

We are looking for a great babysitter for 1 child . We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. We are looking for a person who is available 3 to 4 hours if I get scheduled to work and my child is off from school. My daughter has autism/odd/adhd and will require a patient but firm caregiver who can provide clear expectations to reduce anxiety and behavioral issues.
