About the job
I have 4 kids, one in high school so she will likely be out at activities/etc. Twins are aging out of daycare. Mostly self-sufficient but looking for someone to keep them from bickering too much/watch over them as all 3 have adhd and struggle with impulse control (safety concern/general good decision concern to be alone). We have a dog that would be around, and a cat that stays in the bedroom. They dont have homework. Would need pickup from school or possibly may ride bus (wont know until registration), so about 3:30-5:30 Tues-Friday and early outs on Monday (2 pm). Also would need help for no school days (will provide calendar) and emergency help (if possible) on snow days, etc. provided it is safe to do so, etc. We are not a screens family so it would be outside play (we have parks nearby + basketball hoop, etc), coloring/art, etc
