Reliable Sitter Needed - Also Looking For Sitters Who Might Fill Occasional Childcare Gaps

Hello! We are in need of someone to come to our home and watch our daughter periodically throughout the week while I'm in meetings in my home office. Someone with a flexible schedule is preferred. I have weekly meetings that are consistent, but there are times when I will have more meetings, and some will be planned only one day in advance. This is also why I am looking for other sitters who I can call in case the 'everyday' sitter is unable to come over as it would be unfair to expect one person to have enough flexibility to do so 100% of the time. We are a fun home with a dog and three cats. Our dog will either be in my office or the bedroom while you're over though, and there is no expectation to care for the cats. You would just be caring for our very sweet 6-month-old. Thank you for your consideration!
