The caregiver will need to be with me and my daughter from 7 a.m. to 12pm, Monday through Friday. He or she will come with us to my jobsite or office mainly to watch, care or play with my daughter while I'm doing work. My daughter is a normal and healthy 3.5 years old that loves to play.
