2 Kids Drop Off/pick Up

We are looking for a great babysitter/nanny for 2 children. My two children need pick up from daycare to be taken to sports practice. We require nanny who has their own car and has access to base. Care will need to be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays and 4:00-6:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursdays. Practice schedules may change when sports seasons changes. Practices will continue for foreseeable future and end dates are negotiable. Pick up will need to be at 4:00 to arrive at their scheduled practice by 5:00. Practice times vary for when they end. Drop off at the house is from practice is between 7:15-8:00 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays and around 6:15-6:30 on Tuesday and Thursdays. If complete with drop off before 8:00 we would appreciate help motivating the kids to get prepared for the next day.
