2 Kids Drop Off/pick Up

We are looking for a great babysitter/nanny for 2 children. My two children need pick up from daycare to be taken to sports practice. We require nanny who has their own car and has access to base. We do have 2 older dogs in the house that do not require care. Care will need to be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Practice schedules may change when baseball season and dance starts up. Practices will continue for foreseeable future and end dates are negotiable. Pick up will need to be at 4:00 to arrive at their scheduled practice by 5:00. Practice times vary for when they end, but drop off at the house is between 7:15-8:00 p.m. If complete with drop off before 8:00 we would appreciate help motivating the kids to get prepared for the next day.
