Duties would include caring for our sweet 15-month-old boy in our home. He still takes 2 naps/day. We want someone who has experience with caring for kiddos around his age. He loves reading books and spending time outside. My husband will be working from home sometimes and my schedule is somewhat flexible. We'd like to have someone start 1-2 half days per week then work up from there.
