Bedtime routine Me and my spouse would like to go out on weekends and with 4 it can be hard (11, 9, 8, 3 ) we are looking for someone responsible to help them with the nightly routine and making sure they are in bed by 9:30 p.m. , the older ones are pretty much independent 3-year-old gets help from older siblings so it's pretty much making sure everyone is safe and sleeping
