It is important to us that the caregiver respects and adheres to our family's rules and routines, ensuring consistency and a safe environment for our children. Above all, we want someone who will genuinely care for our kids, nurturing their growth with patience, warmth, and understanding. while one or both parents will be home during your time with the kids, we will be working. Our son's current nap schedule is around 2-4 PM, while our daughter typically naps from about 1-3 PM, though this can vary. we would prefer someone who is willing to assist with light household tasks especially if both kids naps are aligned.
