Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Kaneohe

Aloha, I am looking for care for my soon to be 3-month-old baby boy. My maternity leave ends in October and I will be back at work. My husband works nights 4 days a week and we need care for 3 of those days while he sleeps, and I am at work. I am a teacher so any school, state, or federal holiday or school breaks I will not need care, but we are willing to still pay as if you were watching our son to know we have someone reliable and that our son is in good hands. Our son does not have a set schedule right now, he eats and naps on demand so someone that is able to be flexible with that is ideal. The goal is to get him on a more set schedule eventually, but it is still a work in progress. We just want someone who will care for our baby like their own and someone we can trust with his care.
