Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this role is professional, detail-oriented, mindful, and attuned to the developmental milestones and skilled in infant care. They should be: Be compassionate, proactive, and adaptable. Demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless collaboration in daily routines. Safety-conscious and detail-oriented. Knowledge of Korean or Spanish language and culture would be a nice-to-have, though not required. Responsibilities: Assist with light housekeeping, including cleaning and sterilizing bottles to ensure a hygienic feeding routine. Manage child-related responsibilities such as laundry, folding, and neatly organizing clothing. Support a clean, organized environment. Utilize tools like the Huckleberry app to track child-related activities. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience Currently living on Oahu Willingness to undergo a background check and DMV record search Current First Aid and CPR certification Reliable transportation and punctuality We welcome applications from nanny candidates with experience in childcare and who meet our minimum qualifications.
