Weekend Sitter For 2 Year Old Boy With Full-time Potential

We are looking for an individual to become a regular babysitter for our son and, eventually, a child we are expecting in July 2025. Our son is almost 2 years old and attends daycare. We want to establish a weekly babysitting schedule now and ramp that up after second baby arrives. While the posting specifies Saturday morning, we are open to any half-day period either from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. or 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. on Saturday OR Sunday. We would possibility ask for additional evening or weekend help. We would also be interested in having someone take care of him on his breaks from daycare. We have those dates available to share and they usually align with school breaks. Once second baby arrives, we would be interested in more full time help and can discuss interest/availability. We have two cats who are very friendly.
