Night Nanny For Newborn

We are having our third child in January, and will need a night nanny to help us overnight. We also have a3-year-old and a1-year-old, and it would be great if you could look after them while they sleep as well. The1-year-old still needs some attention at night - a feeding at 11, and then again around 4 a.m. The3-year-old usually doesn't need anything. It would also be great if you could help the entire family get ready for bed or get ready for school, even if it's just holding the newborn while mommy and me do the rest of the work.
