Searching for a nanny who has experience with individuals with autism. My son is 5yr old, he is nonverbal and is diagnosed level 3 autism. He is not potty trained (currently practicing and will also be a necessary duty to practice), diaper changing. Searching for caretaker who can pick him up from his ABA therapy (M-F), take him home , pro-active in encourage in different interactions with him (i. e., dancing, toys, sensory activities etc.). Screen time is limed ( mainly only used for positive reinforcement).
