Nanny Job For One Year Old + Little Brother Down The Road. Flexible Schedule Needed!

I'm looking for a great nanny for our son who is 16 months old. I am currently pregnant with our second son so would like help through the end of this pregnancy and probably more hours postpartum. Eventually once our second son is no longer a newborn we may ask you to watch both of them. Schedule wise we are hoping for 2-3 set hours/days during the week along with flexibility for nights. Dad is a pilot so his schedule is not set. Ideally our nanny would come over for dinner and bedtimes on nights when he is away to help me get our first born down while I take care of the newborn. This would be a minimum 2-3 hour shift, not the whole night. I would love a nanny who loves the outdoors, likes to take adventures and comfortable with water play. Ability to Travel may be needed come summer time. Light house work and meal prep ideal.
