I am a flight attendant who is based in Salt Lake City. My husband is the president of a large plumbing and hvac company who travels to outer islands sometimes during the day. The schedule would change monthly(months where you would only work 0-8 days). Your day would start early and end when my husband gets home. We need someone flexible who doesn't need a full time job. We have done this in the past and it has worked well for us and the caregiver. I bid my schedule monthly, so I can accommodate specific days needed off. We would also offer a "monthly retainer" regardless of days worked. For example, you would be paid $$$ even if you work 0 days. My son is almost 5 and in school full time in our neighborhood. He would need to be picked up at 4:45-5 p.m. on the days needed.
