My child will be 4, almost 5 months, old. She needs someone who is calm and patient to give her plenty of activities during her wake windows, be able to feed her and put her down for naps and give her all the attention she deserves. I need someone who is very attentive and really cares about babies and will make sure to follow her schedule, as well as be able to take care of her like I would if I was there. I am a first time mom going back to work after maternity leave so I need someone who cares about my feelings and her needs
