Will start with 2-3 hours a week and possibly increase as needed; flexible to determine schedule together but do need help when I see clients for work, which can be unpredictable. Looking for a recurring babysitter who is comfortable with... -being present and engaged with baby at all times -no television or computers; not on your phone in front of baby (music is okay) -being non-judgmental, supportive, open, and accommodating to parenting styles and philosophies (nurturing/attachment-style, feeding styles, etc.) -mom working from home / running errands / self-care -being flexible; schedule may vary week to week -cats *Preferably familiar with Waldorf and Montessori philosophies
