Looking For Full Time Babysitter For My Baby Girl

Aloha! I'm a new mama who will be returning to work as a public school teacher. My husband works as a research scientist. My family needs a full time childcare provider to look after our sweet, giggly, happy girl C. She is just about 4 months old and is such a joy! The schedule would be Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Care would be provided in our home up in Hilo. Care would include feeding baby, playing with her, putting her down for naps, etc. We are able to pay $15/hour for full-time care, and can provide a negotiated amount of paid sick/vacation/holiday days. We're hoping to eventually find a like-minded family to grow this into a nanny share with, so we could provide a higher pay (if you'd be interested).
