Nanny Needed For 1 Special Needs 13-yr Old

We are looking for a nanny for 1 child We would prefer someone who is comfortable with pets. M could use a big sister to help understand the social world. She would also need assistance with homeschooling and organizing. She is mildly autistic, very fun, energetic, and gives the best hugs. She likes arts and crafts and is devoted to volleyball. I may need help getting her to classes/practices during the day (breaks and summer). As a family we could use some help organizing (just moved into a smaller house), light cleaning help, and occasional help with meal prep. The hours are adjustable, just want her to catch up in school so will need to continue in summer. I am hoping for someone looking for a long-term placement as she doesn't do well with change
