Spanish-speaking Nanny Needed For 1 Baby Boy

My husband and I both work from home but we need someone here to take care of our baby boy, born July 2024. We're looking for a native Spanish speaker as he is half-Hispanic and we speak mostly English in the house so we want him to have a little more exposure. We need someone to come starting at 10 a.m. Mon-Thursday until 5 p.m. to give him his bottles (pumped breast milk) and interact with him. Please do not use your phone or any other screen to entertain him. We prioritize speaking to him (in Spanish) a lot. Please also wash the pump parts and bottles after they are used. Changing dirty diapers and adequately disposing of them is mandatory. While the main priority is our son, during his naps we kindly ask you to please do light housekeeping including: folding laundry (if there is any), washing dishes, taking out the garbage bins.
