I am a single mom with periodic help from dad which can affect schedule. The job will likely be at least 20-30 hours every week. I work from home so while you will be expected to be the main caregiver during the day, I will likely pop in to spend time with him in between meetings. There may be some light housekeeping required like cleaning bottles and dishes, doing his laundry, or cleaning up toys, etc.
