Nanny Needed For 1 Child

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child k. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. My husband and I are looking for a nanny for our daughter with a flexible schedule as our schedules fluctuate daily. I can be scheduled for 2 hours and end up working for 8 hours, or scheduled for 8 hours and be home in 2 hours. My husband works for the postal service so the time he gets home daily varies as well. I'm going back to work 4 days a week. Some days I may work from home. An ideal nanny would be able to work with our nontraditional work schedules. We have three rescue dogs as well.
