Family Introduction: We are a busy family with a spirited 1-year-old son who loves staying active and exploring new things. Mom works from home full-time, and Dad works from home on Fridays. Our little one thrives on hands-on, screen-free activities and benefits from plenty of supervised play, both indoors and outdoors. We value a nanny who can keep him engaged, help with simple meals and snacks, and maintain a warm, patient presence. Schedule and Hours: We are flexible on hours and may vary them week-to-week. Generally, were looking for about 5 hours of care per day, up to 5 days a week. Some days might be late afternoon into early evening, giving us time to decompress. We might also occasionally ask for an earlier start on a Friday so we can catch a bit of extra sleep.
