I work from home and require a quiet environment my shift starts at 8 a.m. est so he is usually sleep for about 4 hours and then he wakes up so I would really need a nanny or caregiver from 12 p.m. est until 4:30 p.m. est he doesn't do much he plays with his toys and watches tv I would like for him to start doing some learning activities soon
