BAU: Must arrive on time 9 00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Prepare / organize / clean up classrooms before/after each session Supervise foods/drinks/snacks serving to children, and help cleaning/sanitizing kitchen, dining, hallway areas, etc. Requirements: Must be able to communicate, listen and partner with others in a team environment. Must be able to develop positive relationships with children and their parents. Lead Teacher must effectively guide teacher assistants, and proactively address parental concerns. Must understand children's cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. Will be responsible to implement age-appropriate activities based on children's interests and needs under the supervision of the management team. Will be responsible to observe and document children's behavior, interest and progress, and relay back to parents and management Additional items: Experienced in driving a BUS/VAN for either morning drop-offs or afternoon school pickups is a PLUS Great oral and written communication and computer skills Excellent classroom leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Background check is required Diploma in ECE - Early Childhood Education, or Preschool CDA Certificate (Not infant CDA), or Technical Certificate, is preferred Required training: Infant/child CPR and First Aid training Health and Safety Orientation Training (https://prosolutionstraining.com) Salary offered will be based on skills and experience, as well as the level of education/training, and recent employment verification
