Nanny Needed For Non-identical Twins

We seek a caring nanny starting March to care for our twins(boy and girl). Applicants with experience on multiples(twins specially) would be really helpful. We are looking for someone to start on a part time basis first from 15th March and then convert into full time from June. The schedule for now includes early mornings and daytime hours on weekdays. Responsibilities include providing attention and support to the children, managing sick care when needed specially one with experience in handling acid reflux, colic and congestion. Would also like someone assisting with light housekeeping and light laundry tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, trustworthy, focused on child safety and development, and able to create a nurturing environment for our little ones. Mom will be mostly wfh and husband will be going to work once or twice a week, so ideally looking for additional pair of hands for now.
