Part-Time Nanny For 2.5 Year Old

Hi! I am looking for a part time sitter to help with my 2-year-old daughter starting in the next couple weeks. I am a stay at home mom, but currently expecting twins who could arrive anytime between now and March. I am very flexible with your schedule as long as you can do around 10 hours a week split between 2-3 days. Before the twins arrive, tasks will include watching my daughter while I get things done at home or run errands and also helping with some cleaning and organizing. I am also looking for someone who may be able to help on last minute notice to watch my daughter when I go into labor, until my family arrives to take over.
