About the job
We are looking for help watching the kids (4yo son & 1yo daughter) M-F from 12-5 at our home in Senoia (we also have a dog!) I WFH full time and my parents live with us and currently watch the kids, but they are older and unable to provide full care. They would watch my daughter in the AM and this person would watch both kids in the afternoon. This person would need to be okay with all of us in the house; we understand this dynamic is not for everyone! So we need someone who is flexible with this dynamic, has experience energy and patience for two kids in this active age range, and is a strong communicator with the kids and all adults to be able to set and hold boundaries respectfully. Ultimately we want to limit screen time, distract the kids from coming upstairs while I work, and keep up with routine, schedules and house rules.
