About the job
We are looking for help watching the kids (4yo son & 1yo daughter) M-F from 12-5 at our home in Senoia and we can also be flexible with hours/schedules. I WFH full time and my parents live with us and our dog and are currently watching the kids, but they are older and my mom recently has undergone health issues so she's unable to provide full care. This person would need to be okay with all of us in the house and be able to navigate all of us in the home and coming in and out at different times; we understand this dynamic is not for everyone! So we need someone who is flexible, adaptable, is a great distractor, and is a strong communicator with the kids and all adults to be able to set and hold boundaries respectfully. Ultimately we want to limit screen time and keep up with routine and schedules.
