Afternoon Nanny Needed For Sweet Newborn Girl

We have a 2-month-old, a 2-year-old, and a 5-year-old. We currently have an au pair who lives with us who primarily cares for our 2-year-old (who has some special needs), while our 5-year-old attends school full time. Since the arrival of our new baby girl, we are realizing we need some extra help with the baby in the afternoons as I start to pick some hours at work up again. We would love for this person to have newborn experience and also be willing to do some light housekeeping and meal prep during her nap times. We're a smoke-free and screen-free household and love our caregivers to be engaged, affectionate, attentive, and proactive with our kids. These hours will continue through the spring and into next school year. Can't wait to meet you!
