About the job
I own and operate a virtual accounting firm and expect to start a full-time position in January. So, I'm thinking to start with 15-25 hours per week for my 2yo. When I start the job, I'll know more about the schedule adjustments needed. I expect that final decision soon. I would like someone who can support educational and developmental goals. He was preemie so some milestones are behind and some are not. I plan to homeschool and may enroll part time in a homeschool or unschooled program to support those goals and enhance social development for PreK+. May need help with travel for field trips, school, doctor's appointments, travel etc. as well. I don't drive. In between caring for him, I may ask for help with household stuff like dishes, cleaning, organizing, laundry etc. and maybe meal prep if you're willing.
