We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Infant Care Specialist to join our team at Rested. As an Infant Care Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work in someone's home, providing nurturing care for their brand new baby. Responsibilities: - Primary Caregiving: Provide individualized care to infants, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining a consistent nightly routine - Creating a Nurturing Environment: Foster a nurturing and comforting atmosphere for infants, ensuring they feel safe and secure throughout the night. - Observation and Assessment: Monitor infants' behavior and well-being throughout the night, documenting any concerns or milestones to communicate with parents/guardians. - Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for infants, adhering to Rested's safety protocols and guidelines. - Effective Communication: Establish clear communication with parents/guardians, providing updates on their baby's well-being and any important information from the night. Qualifications: - Experience working with infants in a childcare setting. - Certification in Infant CPR and First Aid (preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with infants and their families. - Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional care for infants and families.
