Loving, Experienced Full Time Nanny Needed For 3 Mo Infant

Looking for an experienced, loving nanny to care for our 3-month-old beginning mid March. Looking for someone that loves kids, with lots of infant-toddler experience. Ideally we would love someone who is: * highly organized, * a great communicator, and * proactive. Caring for the baby is the #1 priority, though we would love someone who is open to caring for our toddler if/when she is off school as well (we would pay extra for any time with both kids.) No housework required, but we do expect keeping all baby-related supplies/toys/accessories clean and tidy. We are a family of 5, two working parents who sometimes WFH. We also have a 4-year-old who goes to school during the day and my mother lives with us as well, so is in and out of the house. Guaranteed hours, contract, W-2 position with paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
